Please go to the registration page on JVC and, choose the right ticket option, fill out the registration form and you’re done! In case you encounter any problems in the registration process, please send an e-mail to coc@jcisouthafrica.co.za

You may need a VISA to enter South Africa. First, check if you do, depending on your passport type, by clicking here: Countries exempt from South African visas. If your country and passport type require a visa, the you will have to apply for a “visitor” visa that may be granted for a period no longer than 90 days. For further information, please visit the Visa information page on our webpage.

Invitation letters will be automatically generated for registered and paid participants starting from January 2025. In case you need it earlier, please send an e-mail to coc@jcisouthafrica.co.za

The AMEC will take place from the 21st to the 24th of May 2025.

The main site of the AMEC is Southern Sun Hotel Elangeni and Maharani, Durban, South Africa. For more details please go to the venues page on our website.

We have several well located hotels with special price offers for the participants. For more information, please visit the hotels page at our website.

You will have to fly to King Shaka International Airport that is serviced by over 15 airlines from around the world.

There are several ways to safely and conveniently travel from the King Shaka International Airport to Southern Sun Hotel in Durban. Visit the travel page of the website for all options available.

The COC is available to assist any delegate with travel information, we urge you to contact us on coc@jcisouthafrica.co.za should you need help to choose the safest mode of transport. We will also have a welcome desk at the King Shaka International airport to assist all delegates on arrival.

Durban weather in May is always warm and sunny with temperature rise to between 13°C (55.4°F) and 24°C (77°F). Some days may be rainy, so  pack lightweight clothes that are cool & comfortable, for your tours pack lots of sunscreen, summer hats& sunglasses. In case of an emergency dial 112. The average time to answer a 112 call is 5 seconds. We will also arrange for Emergency Services personnel to be on standby for the duration of the AMEC.

Unfortunately, we don't have such an option.
